This work is often divided among a consultancy, a software company, and a distributor. Erynoa holds it in one firm, so the decision, the system, and the offer remain the same thing.
We are a European firm, and the software is engineered in Germany. We advise on what should be built and how its value will be known. We build the system that has to run afterwards. We bring it to the people who use it.
Consulting
We help an organization decide what should exist, for whom, and how it will know the decision was sound. The result is a decision that can be built. The people who take it remain with the work when the software is written.
Software
We build the system that has to operate after the advice is given. It is written so the organization that depends on it can inspect it, change it, and keep it in operation. We deliver software that can still be understood a year later, by the people who have to run it.
Distribution
We take to market what was decided and built. The people who use it receive that same thing. Distribution is part of the engagement. When it reaches them, the work is complete.
